  1. I have read up on this and I am working on getting a licensed anxiety dog (like a service dog) so that the dog can help me when I am out in public. I suffer from social anxiety.

I’ve met many patients whose support animal greatly decreased anxiety, and I hope it can help you too. I’m fact, places such as hospitals, airports, and jails are allowing interaction with support pets due to their positive effects on mental health.
